A lone traveler wandering the streets. 
Behind him a car wrecks straight into another. 

There are railroad tracks and two locomotives intersect the tracks crashing. 

A girl who is obviously a member of a cult or secret society comes up and asks him how he’s feeling.  I kiss the girl. 

The traveler sees a world destroying itself and wonders what if any is his responsibility or what he will do in the future.
